The port time for international numbers to AVOXI takes around 3-4 weeks to complete, with the exception of US and Canada numbers. In most cases, we can complete requests in the following time frames: 

  • 3-4 weeks (international)
  • 3-5 business days (US/Canada toll-free)
  • 2-3 weeks (US/Canada local)

The following documents are generally required to transfer your business phone numbers to our VoIP service:  

  • Letter of Authorization: This allows us to reach out to your current provider and begin the porting process. 
  • Proof of Ownership: A PDF copy of your invoice that associates your number(s), name, and billing address. 
  • Number Porting Form: An additional form may be required to port international numbers (not required for US or Canada phone numbers).
